The problem is with the streaming server that experiences transmission dropouts that last between few seconds to few minutes.
The mail server running in VirtualBox VM is bridged to ASIX USB adapter. Winamp to play and Icecast to stream that, and it's "bound" to PCI Realtek IP address. The PCI Realtek and one of the USB adapters (based on ASIX chipset) are on the same subnet (with Internet access) while the other USB adapter (also Realtek) is on a separate subnet (no Internet access). It has a built-in gigabit Realtek Ethernet adapter (I call this PCI Realtek as this is how it's identified in the Task Manager) and 2 I have a remote PC (that I access using TeamViewer) that hosts my streaming radio and mail servers (among other things). The same problem was with version 1511 and it's still present in 1607. On version 7 it was rock solid, but not anymore on version 10.
I started having a weird problem on one of my PCs after upgrading to Windows 10 from version 7.
